Encore Digital operates in the specialist wedding services marketplace providing customers with real quality in both photography and video. We started the business of wedding video in April of 2002 trading as Encore Video and added wedding photography to our range of services from May 2005. Our business strategy is simple and so far very successful:-

About Us
No matter what you're buying, it's always good to know a wee bit about the people you're dealing with. Unlike most 'one-man band' wedding photographers and videographers, Encore Digital has three employees who are experts in photography, photo editing, filming and video editing. Individually, we do other things apart from wedding photography and video and we have related interests in and within other areas and other companies and establishments:-

Eric Norris
Eric, with business partner Robert Johnston, established one of the first companies in the UK to sell digital music and digital imaging computer technology to small businesses in the creative industries, (Mac Music & Video, est. 1994, now part of Sound Control Music Stores). Eric continues to act as a consultant to many of these companies who were originally his customers. In addition to his work at Encore, Eric is also a Lecturer in Media Production at Strathclyde University in Glasgow where he instructs students in a range of creative media modules including photography and video production.

Robert Johnston
Apart from his involvement with Encore Digital, Robert regurarly takes on work from UK based news organisations as a camera operator. Prior to the video era, Robert worked as a freelance photographer, regularly providing photographs for many of Scotland's local and national newspapers. Robert also works part-time for 'Learn Creative', a company which provides continuing professional development in music and video technology, graphic design and digital photography to professionals in the formal education sector.

Sheena Norris
Sheena is an accomplished photographer and videographer and concentrates her talents on her involvement with Encore Digital. Sheena has studied both photography and videography as part of her Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Media Technology at Cumbernauld College and also in her HND in Television Operations and Production at North Glasgow College.
